Web calendars are generally used to post and display events that would be of interest to site viewers. Some calendars are view only, where the site owner is responsible for the posting of events. Other calendars allow for site viewers to post events as well. Many of these calendars are searchable and allow for looking not only at current months or weeks but into the future as well. Many of these calendars also have the ability to organize events into specific categories.

There are a number of ways that we can incorporate a calendar into your site. Some of your considerations are:

• What type of calendar application do you prefer?
• What type of server are you currently hosted on (Windows or Unix)..and what types of applications does it support?
• How much... if any... customization would you want to the calendar?
• Would you want the calendar hosted on your current server, or would you like it hosted with us?

We can help you with all of the above statements and more. Feel free to look through some of the calendar packages available. You will notice in some cases that  the base prices for the calendar applications themselves may even be free. We do not add a markup to those applications base prices. The fees that we charge are for installations, debugging, and customizations if needed. Additional charges would also apply if you would like to host these applications on our servers.

After the calendar application is installed, we then turn everything over to you. You will have administrator rights to all calendar functions. (This can be accessed from your web browser) You then develop your calendar in whatever manner you like. Our expertise is in the setting up of the software for these calendars. Your role will be in maintaining and developing them based on your site viewers.
